- Application Drafting: There is no prescribed format for RTI applications they can be handwritten, typed, or printed in English or Hindi. We help citizens craft clear, specific requests that yield actionable responses.
- Identifying the Correct Public Authority: A common reason for RTI rejection is filing with the wrong department. We help applicants identify the appropriate Public Information Officer (PIO) for their query
- Appeal Support: If your RTI request is denied or ignored, you have the right to file a First Appeal within 30 days. We assist with drafting appeals and, if needed, Second Appeals to the Central Information Commission
- Follow-up & Tracking: We help applicants track their RTI status and escalate delays, ensuring public authorities comply with the Act's 30-day response timeline.
