Free Legal Aid & Consultation
Our Legal Aid Framework
Justice should not be a privilege reserved for those who can afford it. We connect marginalized individuals with free legal services guaranteed under Indian law.
- NALSA Partnership: The National Legal Services Authority (NALSA), established under the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987, provides free legal services to economically weaker sections
Eligibility Criteria Free legal aid is available to:
- Women and children
- Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes
- Persons with disabilities
- Victims of trafficking or mass disasters
- Individuals with annual income below thresholds set by State Legal Services Authorities.
- POCSO Act Support: For cases under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012, Section 40 guarantees child victims the right to legal representation during trial. We help families access specialized legal aid and trauma-informed support services
- Public Interest Litigation (PIL) Guidance: For issues affecting large groups or systemic injustices, we provide guidance on filing PILs in High Courts or the Supreme Court.
